Today my thoughts are dwelling on this:
There are so many voices on the landscape today who say what they believe leadership is. After a while, it gets to be as if we are listening to the same thing being said over and over again…
Does that get boring or annoying to you? It does for me sometimes.
So with that in mind, I would like to ask you a question today:
What do you think leadership is?
I’d love to hear your feedback / ideas.

I use the tag line “Compelling. Inspirational. Visionary.” Why do you think I use that for a tag line?
